A superb meal, as always. Our server was excellent and so attentive. We sat on the patio and it was perfect!

First time visit and it was incredible! The food was 10 out of 10 and the service from Cody couldn't have been better! Great location!

Took my family from out of town to Hapa while we were spending the day on Pearl Street. The food was really good, and the service was decent. It wasn't too busy, so we were able to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, a solid spot if you're in the area.

Disappointing visit on a Sunday afternoon. Service was off, guy was nice but wasn't around enough. No water refill in 90 minutes. Food ok, but some items tasted off. Seasoned edamame was gross, but crispy tuna was excellent. California rolls were overly fishy, sushi sampler was a mixed bag. Some fish mushy, others perfect. Waiter forgot one entree, but the manager did apologize and comp the item.

Erica was our waitress and we've never had better service at Hapa. The food deliverer (didn't get his name) was also outstanding. This was maybe our tenth(?) visit to Hapa and was the best one by far.

Everything from the Uni to the mackerel was divine. And the black cod miso was exceptional. Thank you for the wonderful evening, delicious food and wonderful service✨

Fantastic happy hour with lots of diverse choices. Regular prices are a little steep, so happy hour makes it more affordable. Every item was a hit! Best Japanese food in Boulder and well beyond.

They have an amazing happy hour! I highly recommend. The only reason I am giving it four stars is that they discontinued the agedashi tofu which was my favorite. As a vegetarian it was the primary reason I went. When it is back on the menu, I will go back at least monthly for happy hour. BRING IT BACK PLEASE AND THANK YOU! :)

The spicy tuna on crispy rice was fantastically! The place is nice and a great spot in Boulder! Clean bathrooms and nice people! All the best things with the awesomeness of super tasty raw fish!

Hapa has achieved a high class feel, with a totally unoriginal experience which caters perfectly to the average American. Such risk averse dining will leave you satisfied, but not craving a cross-state trip for a second visit. Excels at sushi rolls & calamari. The tonkatsu ramen highlighted just how uninspired this place is with pork broth feature with barely a hint of pork. Overall, the food is good, even the ramen despite the criticism. Nothing is great.

I am here at this location in Boulder every week for Age Dashi Tofu period!!! but I dine in today and realize they took this delicious dish off the menu. I was so mad. If they didnot know that. They disappoint a regular customer like me and I am sure I am not the only one.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! I am here at Hapa Boulder today and Agedashi Tofu is back on the menu, I am so happy. I am a foodie and I like to eat good food. That dish is my favorite of all time. You will have me and my friends back very often as usual again. Thanks so much❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I love HAPA!!!!!!!!!!!!
