High Country is amazing! The food is delicious and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The drinks were very creative and I much enjoyed the cocktails that I tried. It was super cool to see the chefs at work with the open kitchen concept. An amazing experience all around :)

This is an understated little restaurant on the Pearl Street Mall. Laid back vibe with good food and friendly service. And the price was reasonable. The Mile High Burger was delish, piled high with all the fixin's and the flank steak with chimichurri was cooked perfectly with roasted broccolini and new potatoes that were amazing. If you get to the mall, skip the uber busy joints and head for High Country!
Parking: Parking in the street nearby is at a premium, but there are paid lots and parking garages nearby.

High Country is the newest and best addition to the Downtown restaurant scene in Boulder. The menu is loaded with a wide variety of options for all types of diners. The service is friendly and fun. The room is playful, comfortable, inviting. We had a great time and will be back soon.

Had a great time with the gang at High Country this afternoon. Ribs were awesome. Summit Bowl with Shrimp was awesome. Two beers each and we were out the door! Can't wait to do it again!

UNTIL the staff decided to mock and make fun of folks participating in a pro-palestine protest that was peacefully occurring on Pearl St.
Absolutely no tip. I will never be stepping foot into this establishment again and have told all locals about it.
