Honestly can’t understand how this place has regulars. The hygiene was appalling: you can't touch your phone with your bare hands and then the pizzas. Unbelievable that the owner lets this slide.
The pizza was rough. It was like they tried to check every box of what makes a pizza bad—burnt crust, weird chewy texture, and toppings that tasted like they’d been sitting out all day.
The staff clearly don't want to be there. Any time I had a simple question, it was like I was bothering them just by asking, which was exhausting. You’d think a small business would actually want to make a good impression, but I guess that’s not important to them.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you want even a tiny bit of respect as a customer, you’d be way better off at a chain where they at least act like they want you there. Supporting local shouldn’t feel like you’re putting up with someone else’s bad day for a terrible pizza.

Genuinely don’t know how this place is still here.
First off, the place smells badly, the floors are sticky, and the place is overall poorly maintained. Service was slow and the staff was rude. When I finally got my pizza it was bland and unevenly cooked.
Then there’s the late night parties (which clearly violate local noise ordinances). Why even market yourself as a lounge if you can’t sell liquor? How is this remotely profitable?
Wouldn’t be surprised if this was a money laundering scheme, since this business is clearly dysfunctional.

Sloowwww. Really I think they forgot my order. After waiting a long time (too long, like more than 40 minutes) I got in line before some gentlemen to speak with the person taking orders. I waited for them to order and pay. I asked about my pizza and was told it was going into the oven. I sat down and waited. When I saw the gentlemen who had been in front of me get their orders I decided I couldn't wait any longer. I asked for a refund and oddly needed to defend myself. I went home after wasting way, way too much time.
It's always interesting when shops consistently reply to reviews to defend themselves in strong terms. Makes me think they're not listening. The fact is, I was in the pizza place way too long and never ate any pizza. I've never asked for a refund at a pizza place before. I'm sure others have had good experiences here. The people in front of me seemed to. However there's little acknowledgement that I had a terrible experience. That's fine. Moving on. Won't be back.
This place sucks! I watched everyone that came in after me get their pizza before me and then the counter guy gaslit me that I don’t understand how restaurants work. Idk about that but I’ve been to countless pizza places and I’ve never seen this level of incompetence. I saw people who came in and ordered after me get their order. Even Little Cesar’s would have admitted forgetting to put my order in and apologized ? not these guys. These guy’s are clowns
