Delicious desserts, from cookies to ice cream, but all at a fairly high price for what you get.Also, the location leaves much to be desired, with the limited standing room that can fit maybe a couple people also being the only way in and out. Every single time I have gone here I have had some issues either trying to get around people when leaving or having staff and delivery drivers having to get around me while I look at the menu.

I've been to this location multiple times. This review is based solely on the experience I had on my most recent visit, 2/17/24. I stopped in with a friend, and we each ordered an ice cream sandwich to eat right away plus additional cookies to share with other people. The ice cream sandwiches were ok, with a generous amount of ice cream, but the cookies used for them were quite hard (usually when we get them here the cookies are soft). The cookies we took to share with friends were also hard and cold. Normally when we get cookies here they are heated, so a few minutes later when we get in the car they are still warm and soft, which is the entire reason we keep coming back and spending so much money on cookies. Obviously these ones had not been heated AT ALL. This was a huge disappointment and such a waste of money.

This place has been amazing!!! Tonight’s employees were the absolute sweetest, absolute interest in conversing with patrons and completely servicing at an excellent rating. One of the employees was in training and she was absolutely super sweet and definitely went above and beyond in the short time I got to converse with her. Her trainer was just as amazing!!

This place was absolutely terrible! I was expecting fresh homemade vibrant cookies! Nope garbage absolute garbage burnt cookies mass bought from somewhere else then thrown in a heater to make them seem fresh disgusting. Nothing like what their website tries to advertise! Stick to places like crumble or Sasquatch if your are looking for fantastic cookies.

Since 2018 I have ordered from several Insomnia locations throughout the US and the recipients are always thrilled! Ordering is easy, they're in great communication when delivering, and the cookies are always incredible. Be sure to order a cookie cake, a limited edition football cookie (during football season) or any of the packs. You will not be disappointed!

I like the concept of late night cookies, however the cookies were on the smaller size and more expensive than they should have been. This location was also small and pretty much a “one customer at a time”. Everyone was super friendly and service was quick.
Delicious cookies! There had been a miscommunication with my order but everything was delivered correctly. Very tasty!

I was a little surprised by the fact no one was at the counter as I approached the door. As soon as I walked in, 3 people came from the back to serve me. A little off putting. The cookies are warm and they do taste good, but they are small 3" ish and most were pretty flat. For the 16 bucks I paid for a box of six I was disappointed.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Terrible customer service. I waited for over 2 hours for an order to be delivered and it never showed up. I even called for assistance multiple times and it still never showed up. Very disappointed.
