I am a wedding planner and helped my clients do a buyout for their welcome dinner for all of their guests (60 people) this past weekend and was amazed by Jill's! Their service was amazing through the planning process, their tasting experience was amazing and the food and service on the day of the event was absolutely perfect! I was highly impressed by them and their attention to detail! All guests raved about the delicious food and I have happy clients! Jill's is amazing and you won't go wrong by booking them for your event!
As a local I think I've gone here once over 10 years ago.
I'm going to change that.
Had an amazing time having drinks and appetizers in the lobby. Atmosphere was great. Service, food and wine top notch.
We were having such a great time qe stayed for dinner and went into the restaurant. Had a fabulous server and delicious food. Will definitely be back.
Total letdown. Took my son and our family to Jill's because we expected a higher quality experience to celebrate my son graduating high school and was just let down all around. My husband ordered an omelette, a make your own omelette, they gave him ham instead of mushrooms Even though he's a vegetarian, I ordered a chicken sandwich with an aïoli mayonnaise which normally aïoli is a garlic mayonnaise unless otherwise specified because you can vary the flavors of aïoli if you would like, but if you do that then it should be specified on the menu The flavor of the aïoli you're going to put on the sandwich . Mine tasted extremely like a barbecue aïoli which was very unappetizing to me, therefore I asked to have a new sandwich made with zero aïoli put on it and it took probably at least 15 minutes for me to even get the item, which in at that time my entire dinner party was done with their meal so I had to get mine to go. Just a very big disappointment to finish off the day of a wonderful celebration of my son graduating high school just wish the dinner would've been what it was supposed to live up to I'm very disappointed in Jill's!!!!!!
The tots are to die for
Appetizers were delicious. The pizza was very good. The burgers were very overcooked, and all the fries were cold and soggy. The servers were friendly but not very attentive. Long spans of time without checking on us. Lunch was served prior to clearing the table of appetizers.
Amazing food and an outstanding service person with Liz. I applaud the establishment for making a great outting Saturday. Really happy i stumbled across this place.
Their monthly vegan buffet usually has some decent offerings and the menu changes frequently. We liked to go every few months but at the most recent May event, our 14 month old was charged half price. He picked at some food from our plate while also eating some of his own food that we brought so unfortunately we won't be back
Went for brunch and i will be dreaming about the french toast and breakfast potatoes!
Great place. Great pizza
The Cesar salad was amazing as was the pizza. Our server was just the right amount of attentive.

Excellent! The food and service at Jill's are exquisite. A 5-star experience, beginning with a delightful phone call where Philippe graciously accommodated my first-choice reservation time--even though I called last minute, just the day before Thanksgiving!
Upon arrival, Philippe warmly greeted us in the lobby and personally escorted us to our table, which was perfectly prepared and waiting. Every Jill's team member made me feel genuinely cared for as if I were part of their family.
The turkey was cooked to perfection, the cauliflower soup was divine, and the flourless chocolate and pecan pie was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. I will be back again soon!

I love the St. Julien Hotel and Jill's Restaurant. Amazing vibes and food. This is a weekly go to spot. We love the salads, burrata, brussel sprouts, fries, mediterranean hummus, and the wine pours are large and appreciated. I am a vegetarian and there is plenty for me. I would pass on the tots and pizza - you can find better elsewhere. They have live music often so check the website.

We went to Jill's for our anniversary. Big mistake. We waited for an hour for our entrees. We sat there so long, that the server asked us if we wanted to see a dessert menu! I let her know that we hadn't even received our entrees yet. Only then did she try to figure out what the problem was in the kitchen. The manager comped our entire meal, but the server gave us a ticket, with only dessert comped! This experience nearly ruined our anniversary. There are so many great restaurants in Boulder, go somewhere else, unless you have all night to wait for your food.
