Excellent! The food and service at Jill's are exquisite. A 5-star experience, beginning with a delightful phone call where Philippe graciously accommodated my first-choice reservation time--even though I called last minute, just the day before Thanksgiving!
Upon arrival, Philippe warmly greeted us in the lobby and personally escorted us to our table, which was perfectly prepared and waiting. Every Jill's team member made me feel genuinely cared for as if I were part of their family.
The turkey was cooked to perfection, the cauliflower soup was divine, and the flourless chocolate and pecan pie was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. I will be back again soon!

I love the St. Julien Hotel and Jill's Restaurant. Amazing vibes and food. This is a weekly go to spot. We love the salads, burrata, brussel sprouts, fries, mediterranean hummus, and the wine pours are large and appreciated. I am a vegetarian and there is plenty for me. I would pass on the tots and pizza - you can find better elsewhere. They have live music often so check the website.

We went to Jill's for our anniversary. Big mistake. We waited for an hour for our entrees. We sat there so long, that the server asked us if we wanted to see a dessert menu! I let her know that we hadn't even received our entrees yet. Only then did she try to figure out what the problem was in the kitchen. The manager comped our entire meal, but the server gave us a ticket, with only dessert comped! This experience nearly ruined our anniversary. There are so many great restaurants in Boulder, go somewhere else, unless you have all night to wait for your food.

Brunch at the St Julien is always good. It had been a while since we had been there but it was great as expected. Mimosa (not bottomless) served cold. Coffee cups were never empty, my wife and I both had omelets, hers was wild mushrooms mine was build your own, both were great!!! Their breakfast potatoes were crisped to perfection, and tasted fabulous. Will definitely be back at some point in the future. Service was excellent as expected, took our time, no rush to get us out of there. Great experience.
I want to start by saying our server was amazing. Due to food allergies she was very cautious and went multiple times to the kitchen to check what would be safe for me. We really appreciated her.
Now the food, we had the rolls which they charge $10 for. They were rubbery and tasted like they had been re-heated in a microwave.
Then we had the mushroom pasta. It was terrible. The pasta was very al dente and the sauce on it was just not good. The mushrooms were hard. Very disappointed that we paid those kind of prices for food that we didn't enjoy at all.
Vegetarian options: Menu is clearly marked for vegetarian.

Eating at Jill's is always a pleasure. Next to Flagstaff house, I think it has the best ambiance in town. The food portions were large, so be prepared to get a couple of meals out of dinner. Cocktails were wonderful. I think that they have the best expresso martini in town too! My husband had the burger and poke appetizer. He really enjoyed both. I had the chicken saltimboca. It was very good. The server was very eager to please, and very friendly. I would have liked to have more water, and that was my only complaint.
We only came for drinks and appetizers for my birthday but we will be back for a full meal. The tots were one of the best things I’ve eaten and the Paloma delicious. We had a great table next to the front window and the service was super friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

Jills is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a celebration. It is a lovely quiet space filled with light. The food selections are varied. There is something for every taste. The portions are very generous. We had excellent service and s surprise complementary desert to celebrate our anniversary. There is a very good wine selection. Definitely will return.
I love their appetizers, entrees not so much. Their tots, french onion soup, korean sesame wings, brussels sprouts, steak antojitos, tuna poke are amazing.

Very nice place. Service was excellent. The ambience was great. Wine offer was very good. Food could improve a little bit, especially the vegan options. We will definitely are invited to go back.
My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner that was made even more special by our server, Alex.M. The personable service and great atmosphere made our experience very memorable. We plan to be back next year!

We walked in asking for a party of 6 without a reservation. They turned us down, saying they had no space. Last night was extremely busy in town with the concert, and truly couldn’t find another restaurant with openings for the next hour and a half… I then went on open table and made a reservation for 15 minutes later for 6. When we were seated, HALF their tables were open. All in all, why did they turn us down when we initially walked in…? One can only speculate, but overall, seems ridiculous they didn’t work to fit us in when they clearly had space.
