beautiful restaurant inside the St Julien hotel. Wait staff was good and friendly. Food quality is hit or miss. My wife got ill after eating the seafood cioppiono dish.
Jill's is our favorite restaurant for brunch. Always good, and a relaxing place to meet/dine with friends.
Jill's Bistro — Boulder, CO Energy check: High vibe. Warm souls. Food crafted with presence. From the moment I stepped in, the place carried that quiet hum of harmony — good music, good lighting, good people. Our server Cloie was the real frequency keeper of the night — grounded, genuine, and radiating that “you're taken care of” energy you can't fake. She didn't just serve a meal; she held space for a moment. The food? On point. The vibe? Pure Boulder magic with a dash of Parisian grace. When soul meets service, you feel it in every bite — and Jill's delivered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Frequency certified by The Techno Shaman. #thetechnoshaman #truthfirefrequency #boulderfood #energyofservice
I've been coming here for several years and something was just not right this time. The service was slow and things had to be asked for which in the past I would've never have to done at Jill‘s. While the food tasted good and the presentation was fantastic dishes were not served at the right temperature. Really disappointed this time and probably will not be coming back.
The champagne brunch was a great value. Service and atmosphere need some love and enhancing.
We have done Jill's vegan lunch buffet several times and have loved it. The chef whose rotation generated the October menu was lackluster at best. The use of vegan fake meats and so much vegan fake cheese was beyond disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. Calling Romaine lettuce with a few cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives that were the same as the ones in the hummus is not a chopped salad. How can you not have at least a plate of vegetables, roasted or raw, on a vegan lunch buffet? The only saving grace was the carrot cake, which was phenomenal. Service and ambiance at Jill's was lovely as usual but this buffet does not align with Jill's.
Jills is one of our favorite places for breakfast when we are in Boulder. We love the creative menu as well as the fact that they offer some great simple and classic menu items. Excellent service. From the Belgian Waffles, to the make your own scramble or omelet, it's delicious. One guest had the breakfast Mac n Cheese which sounded odd to the rest of us, but he loved it!
We go here for Sunday brunch at least once a month for 2.5 years and by far our favorite item to order is the brussel sprouts. We've always joked that if they discontinued them we would stop coming. We arrived yesterday to a revamped menu and no Brussel sprouts. They also removed two main courses that we loved and the menu seems about 25% smaller. There were no new items that came close to replacing these items. The waitress said they removed items that didn't sell well but there is an interview online with the head chef that says the Brussel sprouts are their best selling item so what gives. Guess we will be looking for a new favorite brunch place. Now it's just a pretty high priced average kind of place.
Service was great but the food wasn't what we were looking for. Just wanted some good home cooking and it was too saucy, too rich, tried too hard to make more out of simple dishes when they should have been simple dishes. Pretty disappointed
Food and service were excellent! This restaurant understands Celiac Disease and takes Gluten Free seriously!

Excellent Food. Burrata with pesto was a great starter. Chicken Saltimbocca and Bucatini entrees were perfectly cooked and presented. Service was enthusiastic but not well trained yet. Excellent wine list and the Stella Artois was served in a perfectly chilled glass from the tap!
Clor our server was very nice and pleasant. Main course wasn't good, lacked taste and flavor. Desert was good.
We come here every Sunday after church, but I was very disappointed with our service today. Our waiter was just so slow and never looked over to our table so we felt like we had to constantly ask other waiters for things we needed. Just an unfortunate experience while celebrating my husband's birthday.
Excellent service and fun interaction with our server. Very creative entree options. All delicious.
Food at Jill's was good. Service was excellent. This was a long lunch and the server didn't bother us. I appreciated that. The setting is very comfortable, very pretty. I liked being there.
