Service was lacking. It was not busy, yet we had to get silverware off of another table and ask someone to get our server in order to have our plates cleared and our drinks refilled. I expected more from Jill‘s. 
Jill's had a special holiday menu for Christmas Day. It was delicious, not amazing, but great for a holiday meal. Our server was fine though they brought out the food too fast. We weren't done with the second course and the main course arrived. We both felt they couldn't wait for us to leave. Of course, it was Christmas so I understand people wanted to get home. We paid a large mandatory gratuity which I'm fine doing, and we left after about 1.5 hours. The...
The food and service were excellent! The Wagyu prime rib was cooked perfectly and portions were just right (even for the kids who chose from the same menu options). The kids loved the dessert bar and went back several times!  Our server was very attentive and we were not rushed at all. We were so pleased with our Thanksgiving dinner experience at Jill's, that we may make it a new tradition!
