The negative reviews seem a little off base to me. The food is the same as any other Jimmy John's I've been to. The speed is the same as any other one I've been to. It smells like every other Jimmy John's. It's a Jimmy John's.
I've worked in a JJ's corporate store before, in those stores getting orders right and good customer service is essential, small gripe, but two days in a row they've not brought napkins when I asked for them to bring napkins specifically, also I know they're probably busy, but delivery in these franchised stores tends to be not so 'freaky fast'.. Always fast, often greet me as I'm halfway through the door wondering if I will have my usual. Did the right thing with comping my sandwich when they were out of something I wanted. Good example of great service and doing the right thing. Unexpected!
