Original and Slim sandwiches are solid, and great bread. Service in Boulder is usually crazy fast but can be incredibly slow if they're busy and use 3rd party delivery drivers.

Great price, great food, great staff....Not so great delivery range, so I got my lunch elsewhere.
Tried to have my food delivered, but was told I was out of delivery range.
It would be really nice if they delivered just a bit further out. This store would earn a lot of business if they delivered to the Boulder JCC, it's only a 3-5min (6-10min R/T) drive at 2 miles away. Maybe make an exception for the JCC?

Passing this place once a week on the way to an appointment was anxious to try the subs. After reading all these negative reviews, I think I’ll stick to Subway on the way home from my appointment. They never disappoint. ****UPDATE-Management asked me for details regarding my visit in there response***** Clearly, they didn’t read my review as I have no intention of patronizing this establishment based on so many negative reviews… Including walking in the store and waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich because they’re prioritizing people that call in versus someone standing there to place an order. Bottom line is with all the negative reviews once again, I have no intention of visiting your establishment so your response makes absolutely no sense! Because of their turn over they can no longer deliver to an address that has been delivered to for years! Their reason is new hires should have never delivered before! I was hung up on! And had to call back! With Boulder bring Boulder I really hope this location gets shut down! No more business will ever be given to Jimmy John’s! From me! Horrible service! We will eat from local small sandwich shops only!

Got my order wrong. Came back 5 minutes later to swap out the sandwich for one without my allergen and the guy literally tried to charge me for another sandwich. Not sure if he was just high or what but it was just weird
My order took 50 minutes to get to me , I called the restaurant to ask for my order 30 minutes after O placed it and I was told it just left after that took a long time to get here. I respect the business and everyone doing the job, but when you read your reviews You noticed is nothing new so something needs to change! Freaky fast? Reconsider that or do something to honor it. Poor driver I kn

Got our order completely wrong and the guy who took our order (older male) was not friendly at all. He also is the one who gave us our food and when I asked to make sure it was correct, he seemed annoyed and said yes. It was wrong anyways.
