If you like high quality food with the freshest ingredients - this is your place! The first thing that catches your eye when you walk in is the interior, which is authentic and creates a cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. Tzatziki was a perfection and trust me I have had many Tzatzikis in my life. 😂 Definitely try the beet hummus. Meat was very well marinated and tasted amazing. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be coming back again.

Based on the reviews, Kalita Grill is a highly recommended Greek restaurant. The food is absolutely excellent, including the chicken Shawarma plate, traditional gyro, and gyro plate. The gyro is as good as any ever had, and the lamb gyro and lamb souvlaki with side salad are also enjoyed. The Kalita gyro is a great twist on the classic, and the falafel is super flavorful. The side salad is excellent, and the baklava is also as good as any ever had. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Service is attentive and warm. The restaurant is always clean and well kept, with a clean open kitchen and a cozy dining area. Food comes in a reasonable time. For those in Boulder, Kalita Grill is a new Greek go-to.
