My experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the prices are outrageous for what you get. I don’t mind paying for quality tea leaves, but the tea here was so weak it was almost tasteless. It felt like they barely used any leaves at all and steeped it for maybe 10 seconds. For the price I paid, I expected flavorful chai, but instead, it was like drinking hot water with a faint hint of chai with milk.
Overpriced, under-steeped, and long wait times. Paid $7 for an English breakfast tea that was clearly under steeped and waited 10 minutes for it to be made.
Cute loose leaf tea shop where you can also order drinks like boba tea!
Nice place

Incredibly disappointed in the tea cafe area of the store. We ordered 3 different chai’s which was $30. Once we left and it was a temperature we could drink, we couldn’t even taste the chai in any of them. Honestly couldn’t even taste the milk, it just tasted like hot liquid. They each had no flavor of chai or any spices. Super disappointing after it was recommended to try the chai here :/
Always delightful.
Their in-house tea and boba is spectacular! Their loose leaf tea is my favorite, I especially enjoy the Golden

Absolutely stunning tea shop. I was able to find everything I needed for making matcha at home and staff were so helpful.
Attempted to check out but the employees just stood and watched while I sat in front of the register not acknowledging me. Very very bizzare..I had to give up, return my item and leave. This is a first for me anywhere and felt very direspectful. I don't EVER leave bad reviews

We ordered Chai Tea Coffee: thumbs down! Can't taste the "chai flavor". I went in this place last year when it opens, Mango Boba, same thing. Very weak mango flavor. I tried again for the 2nd time thinking that maybe they made everything stronger. Still WEAK flavor even though it's different product.

Service: 2 star, we were asked about sugar in our drinks but never added. So we need to approach somebody for sugar or sugar syrup.

The boba tea is truly terrible - slimy and chalky on the inside, with a weird taste. The tea itself I had high hopes for, but as others have stated, it’s just slightly flavored, cloudy water. I purchased some tea ($24.95/2oz) and brewed some tasteless tea myself. Perhaps the tea is expired and poorly stored? The seating area in the back has a nice atmosphere.
