I’ve been here twice. It’s a very interesting and fun concept with good quality food. This last time it seemed to be a bit understaffed which created issues with cleanliness but I’ll be back again as my family (especially my four year-old grandson) loves it.
We drove all the way from Colorado Springs just for the One Piece bag, but unfortunately, we weren’t informed that it was already out of stock. We were really hoping to get two bags, especially since we spent over $200, but by the time we arrived, they had already run out.
I do hope they will credit us for the two bags, and that in the future, customers are informed ahead of time when promotional items or giveaways run out. It would save a lot of time and...

First Visit -fish quality was pretty good, and options were decent, but definitely geared toward non-sushi flavors and using way too many flavors that overpower the taste of the fish; wasabi was really good the first time;
Second Visit - quality has gone down hill; they stopped using fresh wasabi and gave us 5 drops of shoyu for 16+ pieces of nigiri!; presentation and sushi cuts were a bit messy.
Service: just chaotic...
