This is the most consistently bad McDonald's in the entire state. As I just left a five-star review for the South Broadway McDonald's location in Denver, I feel this location deserves some recognition as well . this location is the polar opposite. Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, constant mistakes (I don't know how you mess up orders on an app) to the point that I can't even see myself visiting this restaurant again, even though it's very convenient for me at times. Do better.I'm sitting here again right now and I thought I'd give this place another shot but I've been waiting for my food for 26 minutes and counting two egg McMuffins and it's my fault because I came while things switch over. Absolutely unreasonable. What is wrong with this place? Why can't you get it right here?

Overall an ok experience, this McDonald's looks completely new and has a futuristic design inside, which makes it pretty interesting. I ordered from the kiosk which actually wasn't printing receipts, so it kind of became a headache for the employees to figure out whose order was who's since your receipt has your order number on it, but they handled it very well.
They just renovated this place and this food/service got worse.
