I mean, its a McDonalds. Everything is screen based, and the food arrives quickly enough. Still think Norwegian McDonalds is a quality above the USA.
Good food reliable from McDonald’s as usual, and better nuggets than other locations.
However,
- most tables are dirty
- restroom looks miserable
- I place table service order, wait 10 mins, to end up finding it as pickup.. which is what was most frustrating and promoted this review.
Renovation of the physical location isn’t what was needed. Service is the biggest leverage point.

Mary was the best employee!! She leaves an everlasting effect in the drive thru with impeccable customer service skills.

Customers appreciate the great service, though some miss the previous layout's free access soda machine and napkin dispenser. The restaurant maintains a positive atmosphere, even during busy reopening days. The staff is often praised for their kindness and efficiency, especially on late nights and busy evenings. They work hard and serve people with constant positivity. The food is good and the service has improved significantly.
