I ordered a poke bowl with extra bacon. When I got the plate the bowl didn’t have any bacon and I told the kid in the counter that I ordered extra bacon and he got me a couple pieces on a side, then I made him notice that the bowl didn’t even have the normal amount of bacon and he got me another little piece. When I got to my table I compared the amount of bacon I got with a friend that had the same poke bowl (except for the extra bacon), and the amount on my plate still was less.
To need to talk multiple times to a person about what your missing and you payed for is annoying, but it really makes me think about the attention to detail, and how delicate is managing other people’s food. Not something you wanna be thinking while eating raw fish.

Nice place to grab something to eat, order at the kiosk or at the register, then you are on your own. Bowls can get expensive but you can customize and make it work for you! Bowls are huge!
Dietary restrictions: Shellfish allergies accommodated!
Parking: Only part of Boulder with parking

Good for fast food.
As a concept this place is great. As a menu item Mochiko Chicken Roll is my favorite! HOWEVER! If I get it once more with overcooked chicken I'm done and never coming back. This is a habitual condition that is totally avoidable. Get it together.
My favorite fast casual in Boulder. Highly recommend the food.

Service is lacking, food is costly, but portions and taste is good.
For new comers to poke- it's "raw" fish so be aware if you don't typically like raw fish. They do have cooked options like chicken tho.

Low-grade hamachi (tough), small portion, no selection of toppings and sauces. Poke restaurants in California are far better these days. I remember now why I haven't been back here in a long time.
