This has been our family favorite since 2016, we moved from boils 8 years ago and still drive in specifically for Mt. Everest. The service is everything you would expect from a family owned restaurant. The food is the best on the front range and has been our standard bearer for a decade.

Got takeout and service was good and the woman who rang me up was nice. But it went downhill from there. We got two chicken tikka masalas and garlic naan. Both chicken tikka masalas were essentially flavorless, lacked a lot of flavor. We got very little rice. The worst of all was a very long hair in our food, which raises concerns about how sanitary the kitchen and food is. Was looking forward to trying it but was very very disappointed.

We were in Boulder from Denver & wanted to eat Indian/ Nepalese food - Mt Everest had a very good rating - we were not disappointed. Naan was warm & buttery, the daal was yummy and a favorite was Chicken Tikka. We had the lunch special, which we thought was generous portions. They no longer had a buffet, but, I wouldn’t have chosen that dining option. All in all, very pleasant experience!!!

My family loves going to eat at Mt Everest. Everyone that works there is so friendly and the food is always so delicious. We started eating there about 4 years ago and it was instantly our favorite place to eat. I love the daal soup and butter chicken and any of the different masala dishes. Highly recommended

Mt. Everest is very authentic and wonderfully spiced. We asked for medium and it was medium! We loved everything we tried. We can tell that the food was made with pride. My husband and I highly recommend Mt. Everest Cuisine and wish they would open a restaurant in Erie! Fabulous you will not be disappointed. 5 ⭐️

Always been a big fan of this place, they are a lil more “mom and pop” than the other similar restaurants in town.
I will say i was in there today at 2pm and it was completely empty, which took me by surprise.
I think maybe they should not be so stubborn and start doing their Lunch Buffet again? They even have the entire Buffet equipment still but refuse to do anything with it 🤣
I dont know, doesnt make sense to me to have an empty restaurant and no buffet, when they had they Lunch Buffet the restaurant was always full of people.

I started working at the chiro clinic next door and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She is very nice. I ordered chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and I have to say it was soooo delicious! I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for authentic Indian cuisine.

The Nepalese food here is excellent, we just stopped into this hidden gem by chance, and we loved it. Our favorite is the Chicken Chili, which is a Nepalese delicacy, that is pan fried chicken and vegetables tossed in a delicious spicy sauce. We also love the standbys of chicken tikka masala, the butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, etc. it is all really good, don’t walk, run here as fast as possible!

LOVED this spot. I ate here twice in a weekend, I just couldn't resist. The portions, the spicing, the range of food -- truly a gift to the area. If you're looking for a dinner spot tonight, this is it!

I was really looking forward to enjoying a good Indian meal, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. We spent $75, and the quality just wasn’t there—even the chai was underwhelming. The food lacked the depth and freshness we expected, and after just one bite, we realized it wasn’t what we had hoped for. Out of respect for the owners, we didn’t say anything, but it was disappointing, especially at that price point.
