Appreciate the opportunity for quality dim sum in Boulder. The style is based off southern Fujian cuisine. The safe was very friendly and were able to make some fantastic suggestions. Would recommend to anyone visiting or looking for some authentic Chinese.

If you have been to the one in Denver, this place is not like it ambiance wise at all... we were not expecting it to be so different. At the boulder location, you order at the register and then hope there's a seat in the tiny dining area. The food was comparable to denver in taste and price. For it not being as nice or table service, I'm not sure how their prices are justified at boulder. We got an order of the vegetable Buns (3), signature bao (5), Szechuan Chicken & Jumbo Crab Ragoons. No complaints on the food, besides it being expensive for what it was. I would not go back here to this location, but glad I tried it.

So far this is the first thing I’ve had in Colorado that I can say I’ve truly enjoyed. The Xiao Long soup buns were actually amazing.

This place has that fast casual vibe where they just want you to hurry up eat and leave so other customers can sit down. We heard some staff yelling at each other. Hopefully nobody was getting in the cook's way because I can relate to that. The food itself was phenomenal. Be aware that when eating many other cultures foods that there may be many small bones. I don't mind this and find it very enjoyable and comforting. My companion however didn't like the short ribs or chicken feet (many don't like chicken feet.) I found them both fantastic especially the short ribs. The soup dumplings were also delicious...kinda like little bit sized pot pies would be one way to describe it. I think the place is a little pricey for dim sum and I wish I could order many more options and not such large options as they have but if money isn't an object then the food is great.

Best pan fried buns生煎包, xiaolongbao小笼包, and sesame balls麻团 in the area. Recommend adding black vinegar and a few drops of chilli oil to add flavor depth to your buns.

Dumplings were good, but $15 for 6 dumplings? Not a worthy deal.

You can tell they make their own dumplings, Bao buns, and mochi in house (and many other things!) from the first bite. Will definitely come back!

Great food! It’s freggin delicious but the high end prices don’t make sense. The portions are small and other than the associates dropping off food as they were cooked, everything is self serve. We got our own plastic utensils, beverage and dishware and ate wondering how college kids can afford to eat here. 6 small dumplings, one order of fried green beans and one order of Chicken Udon plus tip (I’m a sucker) and fountain water came to 51.00. I was still hungry.
