I don't usually leave reviews, but i think i need.

I regularly visit Boulder at the end of summer or early autumn.last time i visited this place because of the good reviews and stars. I saw a lot of bad comments and their stars had dropped significantly, so I was curious and went back a few days ago.

There were no problems with the food, the taste remained the same.

As many comments said, they've a lot of decline in service and maintenance. The staff working at the front desk don't know how to do a good service. The dining room and bathrooms don't look like they're being cleaned properly.

I'll come back for the food, and wish the best for them.

They have a good food, the reason for my 2 star is about the service. We came at busy time, waitress wasn't friendly (the one with a very short hair) maybe she's not in a good mood at that time, before taking our order we heard clearly she yelled to the staff in the kitchen. Yes, not everyday is a good day but being professional is a must, if can't,maybe that job not suitable for you.

Wonderful soup dumplings. Great signature bao. Vegetable lo mein was good.

Wish we could have eaten outside without needing take out. A bit wasteful.

The hot and sour soup with dumplings really hit the spot when I was feeling under the weather. The dumplings were cooked perfectly and the broth was the perfect amount of spicy. I added a side of white rice to eat with the remaining broth. Soooo good. I’ll definitely be back

If you are looking for any kind of a sit-down dining experience, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The dumplings here are straight bussin, however, this location is by far the worst nana dim sums ive been to. This place is more for takeout, they dont have servers. After paying over 30 dollars for 2 appetizer sized portions of dumplings, we waited outside on the slanted tables for like 20 mins and then had the employee graciously yell out the door for us. 30 bucks for dumplings and my boy cant walk them 8 feet from the register to the door.

Stopped in Nana's for lunch and had pleasant experience. There isn't table service at this location and have to order at the front even when dining in. There was plenty of enticing options to choose from so the cashier patiently waited for us to decide on what to order for our light lunch. Food came out quick, hot and delicious...the only bug-a-boo would have been that the soup dumplings had more filling but otherwise we enjoyed them none the less. Definitely worth checking out.

Visited this place when it wasn't too busy, the food was so-so. Not authentic Chinese cuisine, some foods are made fresh and some just reheated frozen foods.

They expect us to do self service but ask for tips when we ordering. The lady working at the front desk talked too much, ask and explaining unnecessary things. Afterwards, she just let us sit , the food was run by a different staff who didn't speak English. I could see some tables were left uncleaned and messy.

As someone who works in hospitality for along time, I have a piece of advice for the business owners, you don't need flirty, lazy waitres, what you need is a polite waitres who understand your business and know how to do their jobs well.

Overpriced. Serving of dumplings plus one soda $20 per person, especially when you ask for them fried and youre served steamed. Not great. 0 stars for atmosphere. Dingy inside. Dirty outside. One and done.

Extra friendly service, went above and beyond! Food was way better than I was expecting. We opted to eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. They even brought our food out to us The seating inside looked like small booths and seemed a little cramped, and it smelled weird.

Dim sum is good. Fried rice is wet. As an asian never seen any Chinese restaurant cook wet fried rice. The one in Aurora is better in terms of of quality and service.

Our server Matt was AMAZING but the manager (curly hair) was absolutely So rude and inconsiderate to the customers completely. Would come back for Matt though :) if you have any issues though do not expect the manager to help at all.

Good dumplings

pretty good dumplings and fried rice! Stopped here for a quick bite while shopping on the hill and it was pretty good. Staff was nice and we enjoyed our food. Wasn't amazing, and kinda overpriced for dumplings ($14 for 6) but we enjoyed. It took a sec for the dumplings so they are definitely cooking them up.
