“I recently visited this pho spot, and I have to say, it's some of the best pho I've ever had. The broth was absolutely incredible--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they take the time to craft it right. It's comforting and just what you want when you're craving a hearty, authentic bowl of pho.

The wontons were pretty good too, I'd give them a solid 7/10. They were well-cooked and tasty. The variety on the menu is great, with plenty of other items to choose from if you're not just in the mood for pho.

The atmosphere was a big plus for me as well. It's super quiet and chill, perfect for a relaxed meal if you're looking to unwind or have a conversation without a lot of noise in the background. It feels cozy, but with a modern touch.

Prices were quite reasonable for the quality, and they have a great selection of drinks to complement your meal ranging from teas to other unique options. Whether you're a pho lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“Cashier was new, no problem as they had someone able to assist her through any questions so hardly any wait! Food came out beautiful with lots of sauce and meat, perfectly cooked and wonderfully fresh veggies 10/10 will be back!!

“I grew up with Chinese food 🥘 my whole life, and this place is absolutely amazing, authentic, and has the most friendly and a welcoming atmosphere. Seriously some of the best Chinese food I’ve had on the front range and I’ve lived here 25 years!“

“We came to Boulder Pho in Longmont for dinner and had an outstanding experience. We were seated immediately, and the host/server was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Our drinks came out within minutes, and the appetizers followed shortly after—everything was hot, fresh, and delicious at the main course left me extremely satisfied.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole meal even better. Overall, it was a tremendous experience and we’d absolutely recommend Boulder Pho to friends and family. We’ll definitely be back.

“We had the absolute best experience at Jai Thai! From the moment we placed our order, Sony was so sweet and welcoming. She made the whole process—from ordering to pickup—such a delight. We tried the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice, and every single dish was outstanding. The basil fried rice was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, the chicken satay was tender with a delicious peanut sauce, and the shrimp pad Thai had that perfect balance of savory and sweet. To top it all off, the mango sticky rice was fresh, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Sony’s kindness and hospitality made the experience even better—she truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food with warm, genuine service, look no further. “A group of three came in shortly before eight and were treated with a friendly and prompt service. There was no rush and we were given a patio spot instantly upon request. When the food came it was quality ingredients and the steamed tofu is epic!!! That generous and friendly wait staff that jumped to give us more spice when my son wants to test his heat palette. I have gone to eat many times to eat at place within an hour of closing where service was rushed, Busaba was evenly handed and still created a memorable experience with grand food.“
