“Pleasant surprise- very humble looking place, but clean and neat with red Chinese lanterns hanging from the ceiling. We ordered a number of entrees, then passed them around using the lazy susan in the middle of the table. All SO tasty! Especially the green beans and veggie dumplings. Extra rice was brought on request. Not exactly inexpensive, but we had gone to celebrate a birthday and left satisfied and happy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wait time was short and reasonable.“

“Boulder Pho is not like any Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. When I walk in I am welcomed by a staff that to any other observer could appear to have been my friends of 20 years. “We came to Boulder Pho in Longmont for dinner and had an outstanding experience. We were seated immediately, and the host/server was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Our drinks came out within minutes, and the appetizers followed shortly after—everything was hot, fresh, and delicious at the main course left me extremely satisfied.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole meal even better. Overall, it was a tremendous experience and we’d absolutely recommend Boulder Pho to friends and family. We’ll definitely be back.

“We had the absolute best experience at Jai Thai! From the moment we placed our order, Sony was so sweet and welcoming. She made the whole process—from ordering to pickup—such a delight. We tried the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice, and every single dish was outstanding. The basil fried rice was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, the chicken satay was tender with a delicious peanut sauce, and the shrimp pad Thai had that perfect balance of savory and sweet. To top it all off, the mango sticky rice was fresh, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Sony’s kindness and hospitality made the experience even better—she truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food with warm, genuine service, look no further.
