Somehow we have missed Oak at 14th on our previous trips to Boulder. It was recently recommended to us though and so glad that it was. The food was incredible. We shared the buratta and sunchoke appetizers and we practically licked the bowls clean they were so good. For dinner we had the salmon, the truffle pasta and the short rib ragout (there were three of us) and they all were delicious. Can't wait to go back!
We haven't been here in years and wow! Every single thing any of us ordered was wonderful. Especially nduja jam. So glad I rediscovered it, I no longer have to moan that there aren't enough restaurants in Boulder that I like.

Came here for a team dinner and was very pleased with my meal. We shared three starters: apple and kale salad; hamachi crudo; and the bean hummus. All of the starters were very tasty 😋. Good variety.
For our mains, we shared the short rib gnocchi and the 35oz bone in ribeye. The steak 🥩 was very flavorful. Cooked perfectly and served with chimichurri sauce. The steak came with what tasted like twice fried French fries with an egg...
