Dirty dishes thanks Annie
Did a Too Good To Go order when they were supposed to be open for another hour, but when I got to the restaurant every door was locked at 8pm on a Friday. The manager and workers refused to look at us and give us our bag. Highly disappointing as we saw them with a bag of food from the pick-up counter. Not sure if this is normal behavior for them, but it was again disappointing as this was supposed to reduce food waste in general.

Have you noticed that the Boulder Panera puts their soups in plastic bags then into the inserts on the steam table?? (!!)
Gag a magot!!
I've worked is many restaurants over the years + have NEVER seen this done.
Once I learned this, I decided NEVER to order soup from Panera again.
In my world, heating soups + sauces in plastic bags is a HUGE no-no.

Very depressing in here, management (purple shirt lady specifically) lacks the communicational skills to walk elderly customers through menu options, frustrated staff before you even walk in. get the sip club drink and leave!!! ps. foods prices are insane
Great service....good job
For the amount this place charges for food you would think you would get more than one noodle.
Panera bread consistently messes up the most basic orders. I got a half tuna sandwich. When I got home, this is what I got. Not only is the tablespoon of meat ridiculous, but it wasn’t even the tuna I ordered. It was the chicken salad with walnuts, which I have a significant intolerance to. This really is the last straw for me, and I don’t plan to return to Panera and waste my time and money on them.
Every time I order from Panera at this location (29th-Boulder) something isn't correct, or well made....
This has the potential be such a nice location but attention to cleanliness needs to be improved. I’m a sips club member and frequent Paneras across the country try. Here the restrooms have locks and need a code to enter. Even keeping people out they were out of soap and toilet paper. Every table is dirty with crumbs on them, the floor, and around the fountains. That said, the staff were quick to address the bathroom issues after it was brought to their attention.
Nice service

I was sadly disappointed when I ordered from Panera last night. I paid $60 for two bagel sandwiches, 2 chips and two small cups of soup. Ridiculous amount of money for that! And I gave the driver more money because it was snowing.
We previously had Texas Roadhouse for about the same price, actually less, and had a ton of delicious food. It was excellent, by the way.
I will never eat at Panera again. They forgot an item, didn't contact me, when I contacted them, they gave me in store credit. Um, no! I don't want to return, just refund my money.
Update: their customer service is good. Although, 30 days for a refund seems quite long. The girl who responded to my email was very kind and professional.
15 minutes wait with 20 minutes left so we canceled our order. You would think they would be happy, but instead the assistant manager was rude and peeved that we canceled.
This location does such an amazing job. The GM really cares about the customer experience and satisfaction. I look forward to continue being a Panera Bread customer.

First time at this location, I selected the Chicken Bacon Rancher. It was rather small probably because my bread 🥖 was the smallest part of the end but it was okay. I also selected the Vegetarian Autumn Squash soup. Very savory, I just picked out the sunflower seeds. I like the convenience of ordering. What I did not like was all the available tables needed to be cleaned. There is a musty smell at this location along with dirty dirty carpet.

I'm surprised this place is in business. The food tasted good (salad), but the restaurant suffers from an over-complicated menu and high prices (the two are related).
The menu offers something like a "pick two" option. This option means that if you choose two half-servings, you supposedly get a better deal. Neither the woman taking our orders nor her manager could give us a clear run down on what you can and cannot get with a "pick two," nor what kind of real savings it is.
I settled for a salad because it didn't involve guessing and hoping.
My friend, who never did understand why the "pick two" sandwich could not be bought at the "pick two" price, without buying another half of an item, settled for a cup of water.
I remember when Apple Computer was being run into the ground after they fired Steve Jobs. When they finally brought him back on board, he said he couldn't figure out what Apple was selling because there were so many variations and products. The same thing applies to the Panera menu, except Steve Jobs is not available for consultation. Too bad.
