Heard the announcement that there’s 2 minutes to last call, I walk up to the bar 90 seconds later where there’s one group in front of me being poured shots and then I side step to ask for a drink, then get gaslit if I heard the announcement and was told I can’t be served. No one behind or besides me. Strange. Never happened to me before.

The manager/ host was one of the rudest people I have ever met. We had a party of 10 spending lots of money on drinks and food. Ungrateful for our business and treating us as if were doing him a favor by giving them our business. It's unprofessional and weird. The manager needs to be fired ASAP.

Would leave 0 stars if possible, not for the bar itself but for the tender. I have been here for 4-5 years and spent hundreds if not upward of 1000 dollars in this bar, and never received such disrespect from a bartender. I understand that bartending can be tough for those who have been in the industry. That being said, my partner and I entered the bar and before even ordering a drink we were accused of trying to “vape” while actively trying to order our first drink. Neither I nor my partner have ever used a “vape” and to be accused was truly an insult. Before I could ever explain to the tender that I do not own a “vape” the tender called for his bouncer to escort us out. Without any kind of explanation or warning or chance to say that this was a misunderstanding. Totally get that bartending is hard and we as bartenders have to make choices about safety in our bars. But this bartender made me as a long time patron feel completely unsafe and I’ll never return. This happened on 10/28/24 ant approx. 11:05pm if anyone in ownership cares.

30 something rocker wannabe bartender beyond rude. There for a wedding party with a big group of friends and family, having a good time, tipping very well, and he seemed annoyed about having to do his job. Cut us off early, mumbled under his breath. We get that you hate your life and job. Change it, don't take it out on customers.
