The pizza and wings were pretty darn good. It was rather dirty though. I'm guessing they just hadn't had time to really clean up. Otherwise it was basically order at the register and take care of yourself.
Grabbed a slice of cheese pizza after a concert at Fox Theatre. As a native New Yorker, I have high expectations for pizza. For once, a Colorado piece met the expectations and even exceeded them. Owner was such a nice guy too. Great job!
Let me start this by saying : I would go to culinary school and get into the restaurant business just for a sliver of a chance that I can recreate the food. It is THAT GOOD. The sauce? Downright heavenly. The chicken? Cooked to crispy, delicious perfection. Pizza? Wings? Wraps? All absolutely %1000 perfect. And the people? They are the nicest people ever.
