Ambience, service and quality of food all checked out! Inside this chic food hall/court a few blocks away from the main Pearl Street shopping mall exists this a dessert shop that serves the most airy/light glazed mini doughnuts. I, of course, got me one and devoured in a matter of minutes. Other stuff on the menu looked and sounded great, too (Japanese Cheese Cake was one of them.) While I was eating my doughnut, a female staff came to me and asked if I wanted anything to drink (from the bar for alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage.) I said no but she pointed to the self-service water fountain where there are clean side plates you can grab should you need one for your meal. While I was there, I checked other vendors (they have Italian, Thai to name a few.) Well, let's go back to the dessert shop. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful. He welcomed me with a nice smile. My doughnut came out warm with freshly glazed semisweet citrusy cream on top. Like I said, so airy to a point where you would feel like going for a second one. So if you are looking for something super light especially after a meal, I recommend you go with this one.

I didn’t order because they were so rude and unapproachable. They made me feel like I was ordering wrong and my intentions and questions were not valid. I am very disappointed, I hope next time someone else is at the counter.

I popped into Rosetta Hall and got one of the best doughnuts from Petite Fleur. It was incredibly airy and not overly sweet! The individual I assume is the owner, was super kind! This definitely won't be the last time i stop in and grab one of these amazing doughnuts!

I have stopped in here a few times. The staff is polite and inviting, and the doughnuts are made fresh daily. They even have vegan options if that suits you. Regarding quality doughnuts in Boulder, this is one of very few options.

So, I like to support local businesses, and especially French bakeries, but I feel like I should warn fellow Yelpers. They sold me a cake that felt like it was 4 or 5 days old, had been sitting out, and they were trying to get rid of it. Seems pretty unethical to sell food that old, but I bake a lot and there's no way it's just dry...it's STALE. Anyway, just warning others to be wary of buying pastries here as it may not be fresh and they are likely to recommend the most expensive, least fresh item to get rid of it. Buyer beware!

OH MY GOSH! The most incredible desserts! The Belgium Chocolate Cake and Alfajore cookie are the ultimate. I was also able to order vegan doughnuts for a party, my friends are still raving about them! Julia knows how to bake, thats for sure! Love the vibes in Rosetta Hall.
