My delivery order was missing one out of three items as well as missing utensils and one of the orders I actually did receive was completely wrong. There was also a hair in one item. Are you kidding? Absolutely trash at this location

I enjoyed my time eating at this Qdoba today. Alex was so great and attentive. As soon as I came in I was greeted and served properly. Alex was sure to ask me questions throughout the ordering process and ensured that I was satisfied and knew about the offerings of the free queso and guac. I really wish Alex so much success with the company and outside. Also I would like to commend Robert the manager for recognizing such great talent like Alex and being very friendly today. Happy to report that Qdoba exceeded my expectations today.

The app sent me a notice that I have some type of a reward I've never been to this exact location so I thought I would try it since I'm in the area right off the bat and felt funny that atmosphere was really not my scene I don't know how to explain it I just didn't feel the vibe there got me that new steak line thing it was OK with the nachos on the side that gave me this little kid's portion I don't know what's going on with that every time I get nachos that up you do but they always give me a huge bag enough to Take home for the week so not happy with this place 1 bit will not be coming back to this location I will add the picture to show you my proof but they're not a big fan of this exact location I try to look for another location in Boulder but nothing else is available
We have now tried to order from here twice for business meetings and have had it cancelled with no notice.
The first time was a catering order placed a week prior only for it to be cancelled 10 minutes prior to needing to be picked up.
Today it was 7 bowls and the order was cancelled without us ever being informed. We showed up only to be told the order was cancelled and they would now allow us to re-place it to still get our food.
The food is great but the service and lack of solutions when an issue is brought up is pitiful.
