Incredibly satisfying aprés-hike lunch. I ordered the Al Pastor Torta and a Horchata. I liked the salsa condiment station and mixed the orange and red salsas to perfection.
I was impressed with the speed of service with only one person working and five people in our group.
Thanks for a great lunch! And being open on Veterans Day.

Best tacos in the entire area (including Denver)! I will come by and get a chicken tinga taco even when I am not hungry just because they are that good😭. The salsa bar is amazing and I could honestly drink them. I know this will be the place I miss the most when I move away! They have such an amazing menu and a great staff as well!

I paid $90 for two entrees and an appetizer. One of the entrees was chicken, which had that characteristic taste of old chicken that's been on the warmer too long. It was literally not edible. The shrimp dish was fine, but no restaurant should serve chicken that tastes like that, ever.
Honestly, the quesabirria is very mid if even that. The meats extremely greasy and bland. So many better spots around with better birria.

Went for a quick snack and left completely stuffed!! Got the RUSA to drink and it was refreshing with a little spice! Also had the street tacos and quessabirria tacos!! They have lots of desserts as well but wasnt able to try due to being so full!
