aWhat a great find! My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and had our socks knocked off by how good the food was—service, too. He had the Amber ramen bowl, and I had the creamy truffle vegan ramen—the flavors were so complex and savory, the noodles were outstanding, and the portions hearty, since prices were not cheap for fast-casual. Met a friend here for lunch since I've been wanting to try it for awhile. I had the spicy garnet ramen and my friend had the tofu Avocado bowl. Both were delicious, good portions, came very quickly after we placed our order.
Service was also quick and friendly, they kept our water filled and quickly cleared away our dishes as well. Would definitely come back here and also try some of the other menu options.

I couldn't believe this place existed in a spot like Boulder, CO. It was amazing. The broth was fantastic and the noodles were thin as I prefer them. I got their shoyu ramen and enjoyed every bite of it. If some people don't like this type of ramen then I understand, but for me it was very reminiscent of my time in japan. Really authentic compared to most others in the US.
My only regret is I didn't take any pictures of the ramen haha
