The service is horrible, most inattentive servers. I ordered the boneless wings they were chewy, I should have sent them back but I didn't. The bloody Mary bar was a nice touch but it only had 1 tong so it meant everything was possibly touched by all that were there and using it. The celery & bacon were too small for the glasses. Definitely could improve, I hope they do.

went in for 75 cent wings Wednesday, bad idea, first the bartender/server had the personality of a rock and shouldn't be in service industry. second the wings tasted odd like going bad odd, lastly the wings almost half had broken bones and that sure doesn't make for good taste. my recommendation DON'T GO for wings Wednesday.

Sat her for 25 minutes waiting for a server. We were ignored at the bar first, before a bartender told us our seats were reserved. We then chose a seat out in the main area. Waited those 25 minutes I first described, before leaving so we wouldn't miss kick off. Terrible service. I see other people in the reviews also saying the same thing. Would not recommend

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to meet some friends from out of town. 2$ Tacos, and 2$ sliders didn't disappoint. We were the only people in the place. Kids had fun in the arcade.

Disappointed they got rid of the lunch specials, only made it through half the menu and was never disappointed. Got 'all you can eat' fish and chips after realizing the specials were gone on the most recent visit, and was disappointed when my second order turned out to be a single piece of fish on a tiny plate. I seriously laughed as the waiter put it down, and immediately ordered another. Bring back the lunch specials and I'll be back as often as my beltline allows. Otherwise, not all that interested.

Cold beer.funny looking bartenders. Pool tables(2 inside and 1 one the patio). TV's for every College and pro team games. Foods a bit pricey but good quality.

Sat down around 7, watched the bartender and server make their way to all the tables but mine, a couple of times. Seems like the regulars were taken care of, but the rest of us were on our own. Place had maybe 20 people. Left after 15 mins, not even a drink order. Barrel House, Harpo's, Ralphies... all of these concepts should have worked here. Same format each time... staff is too cool to deal with the job, we all wish there was another sports bar.
Pam told my friend who is in her thirties to speak like an adult because she sounded like a five year old. My friend just has a pretty normal high voice. Pam was our server. She was extremely rude to us from the moment we walked in, and when she offended our friend, we cancelled our food order and left. I worked in the service industry for 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. The best part is that it wasn't even busy... good luck, Ralphie's. At this rate you'll be closed very soon. The food isn't even that good, and my water plastic cup had food residue in it. I highly recommend that patrons steer clear.

Rude bartenders. Failed miserably at making an Irish coffee. Finally received the drink after thirty minutes. It was coffee in a pint glass with a baileys back. So terrible not even any whiskey. I took drink back and bartenders were extremely rude and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN. Zero stars if I could. This place has gone downhill and you can tell nobody wants to be there. Hopefully they hire more knowledgeable bartenders.

Great place to grab a burger, sandwich or wings while watching the game...they have over 35 tvs so changes are your game is on. Fun trivia and karaoke nights.

Fun and fun to be around when your alone or with friends. People are very kind and if you're going to watch a game with the guys or have a karaoke night with your girls I really hope you make your way to the back for a little pinball..
