queso del mar and guac were excellent. no good margs
but service was mid. waited 30 min to be seated when we had a reservation. waited 15 more min to order by which time i was hangry. other issues too, seemed short-staffed

I love the Rio- I go to all of them. This was our first time in the Boulder one. It is so dirty and the flies were disgusting. Tables and chairs are so dirty. Could use a solid cleaning. Food was consistent, service super slow and they were quiet.

Had a birthday dinner here with my wife, the food was excellent! The shishito relleno tacos were outstanding! As were the Mahi Mahi tacos. Jacob was great.

I used to love this place, and would always recommend it however the last few times I’ve been I’ve gotten super sick or was served raw chicken. I don’t know if management changed or kitchen staff but the quality of the food is nonexistent now. Now instead of recommending this place I discourage others from going. Super sad and this was a favorite place to go.

While I'm a purist and believe the Ft Collins is the best Rio, Rios in general have some of my favorite foods and by far, my fave marg. Service was absolutely fantastic. Ate on the rooftop which was so nice. Five stars all the way, even though it's not the Ft Collins original!

This place is so freaking crowded but I did get Julian Hammond(basketball player) and Elijah malone(basketball player), so that was pretty awesome. If you want a drink it’s going to take like 1 hour to order
