Just called to ask about DoorDash delivery service (I have ordered from this store several times) and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and says they don't do DoorDash. Will not be ordering from this store in the future because of him.

Shelves are always apocalyptic movie empty. Barely see any employees ever I. The building and the homeless problem they have outside is insane. I avoid this location at all costs

Even though it is the law for a business this size, they close their restrooms for events. The manager told us "both of the restrooms are backed up". Which is bs cause an employee told us otherwise. Even if you buy 6 sandwiches and drinks, they will refuse you access to the bathroom. And won't let you use the employer restroom (even though colorado law says a business this size that sells food must allow this) state of colorado, you should talk to the woman manager who was on duty july second at 3pm why they are breaking the law. If you can't provide a restroom for customers, you can't open your business. Using a restroom is a HUMAN RIGHT!

Horrible service. Me, a guy, checks out a full cart of groceries. The child running the register was too busy playing with his cell phone to notice me. When he does he says "hey" and that was it. After checking the items he watched me bag everything all by myself. A lady was behind me who he put his cell phone down for. He bagged all her items - while I was still trying to bag my items.To make matters worse the sales floor was a ghost town and I couldn't find anyone for even my most basic questions.I won't be coming to this location ever again, that much is certain.UPDATE 6-17-2023 -I was promised that management would follow up with me - they did not.This furthers the point that this stores management is a hot mess of laziness.You COULD do better, but obviously you are okay with doing less than the bare minimum.

Customer service at this particular location sucks, badly. I dropped in on a Sunday morning at 9 AM to grab a cup of coffee at the Starbucks counter while I was headed out of town. The restrooms were locked with a sign to ask for assistance from customer service. I stood in line at customer service with another customer for about 10 minutes until somebody finally showed up. She seemed annoyed that I was asking to use the restroom, and without a smile, or anything, paged someone to unlock the door to the restroom. I then waited by the door for about another 10 minutes and nobody ever showed up, went back to customer service and again nobody was at the counter.

One star for Shakti who could not move faster than a snail after being paged numerous times to unlock the bathrooms for multiple families with small children waiting. Then, hilariously, he tried to stare me down as though I'd imposed on his time. Lazy, lazy, lazy - and rude to boot. Safeway: improve your customer experience! Hire people people, not Shakti.

Awful company with terrible moral values and no respect for their employees- or how hard they work every day to make them ALL of their money. Spend your hard-earned grocery money literally anywhere else but here. Safeway does not deserve your business.

AVOID. At all costs. If you do find yourself here, make it a short trip and only use self checkout. I've given this checkout lady the benefit of the doubt for over a year. She will never fail to make your day worse no matter how bad it already started it will be worse when you check out with her. Just go down to the North Boulder Safeway and save yourself the headache.
