Hi, I’ve dined here numerous times in the last few months. Every time the food is delicious, fresh, wholesome, and I can tell it’s made with love and intention. The presentation is gorgeous and the flavors always melt into something special. I highly recommend this place! My personal favorites are the samosa chaat, pakora, garlic naan, chicken curry, chicken jhol momo, butter chicken, and the gulag jamun for dessert!!
Me and my friend couldn't decide on where to eat, but we ended up choosing Gurkhas! I'm so glad we did, the food was amazing, and for me the portion sizes were great! Not too big or small.I ordered the cheese naan bread and the chow chow masala w/shrimp (medium spicy). The naan bread was good, but the Chow Chow Masala was what did it for me, I'm planning on going back just for this! It was a good balance of spice, and there was some sweetness there too, I'd definitely recommend...read full review

Best momos we’ve had in Boulder! The menu has a great table on the back that really lets you customize what you’d like. Really enjoyed the momos, chow chow, and chili paneer. Will definitely be coming back!Vegetarian options: So much of the menu can be made Veg! Great options.
