Best momos we’ve had in Boulder! The menu has a great table on the back that really lets you customize what you’d like. Really enjoyed the momos, chow chow, and chili paneer. Will definitely be coming back!Vegetarian options: So much of the menu can be made Veg! Great options.
Hi, I’ve dined here numerous times in the last few months. Every time the food is delicious, fresh, wholesome, and I can tell it’s made with love and intention. The presentation is gorgeous and the flavors always melt into something special. I highly recommend this place! My personal favorites are the samosa chaat, pakora, garlic naan, chicken curry, chicken jhol momo, butter chicken, and the gulag jamun for dessert!!
Jhol momo = it tasted more like flour steamed with water than chicken momo. Very disappointed especially this being Nepali restaurant. They know better- how jhol momo tastes likePaneer tika masala - totally not worth it either . It’s not paneer tika masala but basic paneer dipped in milky looking watery sauce. Very bland - lacks basic level of tikka masala taste.Service- good hospitality but without basic essentials like utensils provided.Price vs Food you are getting = not worth it. It’s a rip- off.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! It’s become a regular spot for my boyfriend and I, the service is amazing and the food is incredible.
My friend and I are frequent customers and we are always greeted with amazing service and even better tasting food. Definitely the best Nepali restraunt I’ve been to!
The samosa chaat was extremely dissatisfying. It was just chopped up Samosas with some chaat powder on top. So basically just falling apart samosa. The jhol momo was spicy as requested, but not very flavorful. It mostly tasted like tomatoes. The momo consistency was decent. We did not even bother finishing this meal and I ate less than two because it was not good. Kabuli naan is supposed to have raisins and coconut, often nuts as well. The kabuli naan here just had coconut in it, was very overpriced kabuli naan considering it barely could be qualified as kabuli naan.Overall, I would not return. I've had MUCH better in Boulder.

As an Indian, this just really didn't hit the spot. We got four things, and all of them were pretty low quality and felt very lazily made. The samosa chaat wasn't really samosa chaat - it was just cut up pieces of samosa. The jhol momo was spicy as requested, but didn't really have much flavor at all - the broth was basically just tomato sauce. Kabuli naan generally has fruit and nuts in it, and in this case, it was just coconut. Lastly, the mango milkshake was very very sweet, and we couldn't really have more than a couple sips without feeling that it was overwhelmingly desserty. Overall, this was unfortunately one of the most disappointing Indian/Nepali food experiences we've had in town.

Me and my friend couldn't decide on where to eat, but we ended up choosing Gurkhas! I'm so glad we did, the food was amazing, and for me the portion sizes were great! Not too big or small.I ordered the cheese naan bread and the chow chow masala w/shrimp (medium spicy). The naan bread was good, but the Chow Chow Masala was what did it for me, I'm planning on going back just for this! It was a good balance of spice, and there was some sweetness there too, I'd definitely recommend and bring more friends here!
