The staff is kind and quick. The food was extremely bland unfortunately. I ordered mussels that were basically just swimming in a butter bath with no flavor. The macaroni and cheese had no seasoning (at least none to taste) although the consistency was nice. The wagyu steak was the toughest cut of meat I have been served at a restaurant. Cutting through it was a lengthy process.

We had a delightful dinner at Salt! The food was so delicious. I had the lamb chops from Buckner Family Ranch - a CO ranch. Wow! Was I so happy with my choice (I typically order fish when I eat out)! My husband had a wonderful burger and we shared a Caesar Salad that was the classic with an excellent dressing and house-made croutons. The Tiramisu for dessert was the crowning jewel. Manuel, our server, was delightful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend trying this restaurant! Enjoy!

We celebrated our engagement at SALT. The staff was incredible and went WAY above and beyond to create a memorable moment for us. They were genuinely so happy for us and it just made the night perfect. Not to mention, the food is always great.

Great food, never disappointed. I've come after a hike (solo) and recently with family and always enjoy a great meal and service. Had tomato soup, beef sandwich, chicken curry salad and beignets. The latter was as good as it gets in CO - warm, powdered up and probably better for dessert than an appetizer for our group. The dishes were delicious, special shout-out to the fries.

Great service, however the food was less than mediocre. The tomato soup was uninspiring. The steak frites had a nice wood smoke flavor but was incredibly, almost inedibly salty. So salty in fact I downed a liter of Pellegrino with no problem. Sad. It used to be better.
