I have been wanting to go to Salt for a couple years and finally made it! The food, service, and atmosphere did not disappoint! We are already planning our next visit back soon to try more dishes!
We always have an excellent meal when we eat at Salt, and our latest did not disappoint. The service was informative and excellent and the food was delicious.
For my first time here I couldn't even believe how wonderful the service was and just how delicious the food was along with how fast it came out. I'm still dreaming about going back soon. I just wish tables for two were a slight bigger as I felt I didn't have enough room for my sides and drinks. Overall my fiancé and I had fun.
Food : excellent, had potential. Ambiance: excellent Comfort: excellent. I really like the setting and the chairs and the table and the amount of space we had. I hate the restaurants that pack you in like sardines. This wasn't that. Service: the service really ruined the experience for me. I tried really hard to keep it together given it was my birthday dinner. Our server only heard half the instructions and order. So that's all we received. They were really apologetic and super sweet. I don't think she was spread thin either, so I'm unsure what the issue was. We also waited and waited with dishes on our table between courses. So much so that, our server brought us dessert forks. Which after 10 minutes the guy who came to clean our table took away before we even got our dessert. Which by the way they served with a candle and for free cuz it was my birthday. Oh the worst, was the server did not ask how I wanted my wagyu filet mignon cooked. So it came out beautifully seasoned and overcooked. :-/. We'll go back, the place had potential.
Salt has potential but sadly is not managed well. Service is very slow and food arrived after a long wait and was cold. Tomato soup tasted like it was out of a can, maybe it would have been better if it was served hot. Not worth the $$$, with all the options on Pearl go elsewhere.
I would say it is not memorable. Food not hot and not worth the price. Chimichurri not traditional as it did not contain pepper flakes. Wine pours were meager.
The food was AMAZING. The ambiance was great and the good was decently priced for the portions and quality.
We had a great dinner. Like always we love the experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Work dinner. We were placed at a table downstairs which was more quiet. Food, service and atmosphere were great! No complaints and my customers were happy!
Food was well prepared and very delicious! Or server Katie was very attentive and considering it was only her 2nd night she was amazing!

Best spot in boulder! food was amazing, service was amazing, it was fast and just honestly everything was perfect
The appetizer special with the buffalo mozzarella was excellent. The Brussels sprout appetizer was also very good. The assorted vegetables plate was average and bland. The hostess in the orange sweater was rude. After spending $450 on dinner and desert, we were finishing up our coffee and she came to the table and said that we have to leave because people are waiting for the table and we were there less than 2 hours. If that behavior is what the restaurant condones, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.
Server forgot to turn out drinks & food orders in - 30 min later we received an apology so the 2 of us were there for our brunch reservation for a total of 1.5 hrs
Food was great. Service was acceptable, open table asked if it was a birthday and I filled out that it was and then nothing happened. I assumed they might bring out a little cupcake or something, but never even mentioned that there was a birthday. A little disappointing, but overall a good experience
Location and ambience was great. The food was very good. The only thing I was a little pertubed by was I sent my 25 and 19-year-old kids in while I parked. They were dressed appropriately and when they gave our name for the reservation, they said they weren’t given any option - they were just stuck in a corner outside and we were the only people eating outdoors. It was a little chilly and to not be given. A choice is ridiculous. It seemed to be that even though I had made the reservation two weeks ahead of time, the hostess was not very friendly to them and probably didn’t realize they had a 57 year-old adult with them as well. I spent $300 and enjoyed ourselves, but I would’ve liked them to have been welcomed a little more kindly. They’re very respectful mature kids.
