We had a delightful dinner at Salt! The food was so delicious. I had the lamb chops from Buckner Family Ranch - a CO ranch. Wow! Was I so happy with my choice (I typically order fish when I eat out)! My husband had a wonderful burger and we shared a Caesar Salad that was the classic with an excellent dressing and house-made croutons. The Tiramisu for dessert was the crowning jewel. Manuel, our server, was delightful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend...

We celebrated our engagement at SALT. The staff was incredible and went WAY above and beyond to create a memorable moment for us. They were genuinely so happy for us and it just made the night perfect. Not to mention, the food is always great.

Great food, never disappointed. I've come after a hike (solo) and recently with family and always enjoy a great meal and service. Had tomato soup, beef sandwich, chicken curry salad and beignets. The latter was as good as it gets in CO - warm, powdered up and probably better for dessert than an appetizer for our group. The dishes were delicious, special shout-out to the fries.
