We were a party of 4. Two had boeuf borgignon, one had salmon and one had duck. All dishes were excellent. Desserts of peach cobbler, petite cheesecake and chocolate tart also delicious. Our servers were very good.

We were seated on the front patio on Pearl St. -it has a nice vibe. Everything was great from start to finish. Our waiter was very nice. We had a Cesar salad and bread, tenderloins with mashed potatoes and summer squash. Everything was delicious.

SALT has such a great history and occupies a splendid space right on the Pearl Street Mall. It's easy to appreciate the nod to history (Tom's Tavern) that SALT makes as well. We had lunch at SALT today and were disappointed. The service was at first very attentive, then waned at our table for two inside. Worse, the food was mediocre and not up to Salt's standards, I'm certain; the Chicken Burger was over-done and tough and the bacon topping was tasteless. The...
