Name a better way to end a terrible day off, than with a delicious wood fired pizza! Not particularly a good day at work, but when I came home to see Seb's outside with a couple other food trucks, I was overjoyed! I got the Potato Pizza, and it was phenomenal. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The addition of quality Brie cheese was the cherry on top! For being wood fired, they had it out of the oven fast! I will definitely be visiting again when they come back to Coal Creek Village for food truck Wednesdays. Thank you, Seb's, for making my day a lot better!

This was delicious. I had the potato pizza. Fresh tasting. Also they came out to our neighborhood which is really awesome. Quick service.
My rating is one star, at least for the food quality. Other than that, my experience using Sebastian as a wedding caterer was very less than pleasing.Communication was always delayed by days/week, he added extras to our finalized menu (and budget) during the wedding without discussion or approval, then harshly demanded payment on the spot from my dad and sister during the reception. He made false accusations about communicating changes and to this day (almost a year later), he will not resolve this issue.I wish I can say more positive things because the food was great, but he is the only wedding vendor I had issues with. The uptick and blindsiding of the agreed budget came at a terrible financial time for my family and I, and we tried to be reasonable and professional. Unfortunately, I received nothing of the sort from him.
