Seb and his team make amazing pizza. They came to our party and cranked out awesome 'za for everyone. Fresh and very tasty. Highly recommended whether it's for a party of just walking up to the truck!

Name a better way to end a terrible day off, than with a delicious wood fired pizza! Not particularly a good day at work, but when I came home to see Seb's outside with a couple other food trucks, I was overjoyed! I got the Potato Pizza, and it was phenomenal. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The addition of quality Brie cheese was the cherry on top! For being wood fired, they had it out of the oven fast! I will definitely be visiting again when they come back to...

Seb makes the best organic wood fired pizza I have ever had. I love the crust and sauce and my personal favorite is the "Med". He is always extremely popular in the food truck line and I go every Monday night of the Summer in Prospect and am never disappointed! Thanks, Seb!
