Really enjoyed our lunch here. We started with an appetizer--Calamari Frito which was delicious and a generous portion to split. Then my husband had the carbonara which was good and I had the seafood stuffed cannelloni with a truffle cream sauce which was outstanding. Our server was very helpful and we will certainly come back here.

            I found Sforno on Trip Advisor as I'm not in Boulder very often. We were so pleased. I ordered the Artichoke and a cup of the Minestrone soup. Compared to many soups that I've tried, it had a thick, rich and flavorful broth. Just delicious. Everyone loved the Artichoke as well which had a balsamic glaze.             Artichoke app was good. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing and had tomatoes, which is odd. Homemade pappardelle was overcooked and meat sauce seemed like it was put on ahead and reheated to a mushy glob. It had very little meat. I returned it and got spinach ravioli in its place, which was good. Husband got spaghetti and meatballs and both were also mushy and seemed like reheated leftovers, without much flavor. Waiter Dylan was excellent. Hostess was unfriendly.
