This bakery is so good I went back 3 times in 2 days! I needed more stomachs to have more of their goodies! Service was so friendly—shoutout to Nina who welcomed me warmly all 3 times I went and even recognized me after the first time! I tried both the breakfast pasty and the bison pasty, as well as an almond croissant and pain aux raisin. The croissant dough brought me straight to France, it was so buttery and flaky and perfectly seasoned! And the pasties are some of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend anything from the pastry case in this place because man was it good! We will be back soon!

For years I spent at least a day around each holiday celebration making pies and sweets for our gatherings. Then I found Shamane's! The quality of her sweet and savory offerings can't be beat and every time I go in it is with a smile on my face because the staff is so friendly. (And typically super busy!) The triple chocolate Christmas cake pictured was a special order and it was just as delicious as it was hard to cut into because it was so beautifully finished. Everyone loved it. Thank you Shamane and crew!

Shamane's Bakery has been our favorite bakery in Boulder for years. Every single item of food, baked or otherwise, is absolutely delicious. It is so clear that Shamane's puts care and love into everything they do.
I am writing especially now because my husband and I were so fortunate to have Shamane bake our wedding cake. We got the French Lemon Pound Cake as well as Devil's Food Candied Orange, and they were both mouth-watering.
Moreover, Shamane worked with us to make the cake of our dreams. We had some very specific design ideas, and she executed them beautifully. We are so happy (and lucky) to have had Shamane's Bakery bake our cake!

I am a frequent customer here for their chicken pot pies, which are one of the best I’ve ever had. I also LOVE their monkey bread. Recently, I had to order a GF coconut cream pie with limited time. They were so accommodating and the pie was amazing! They never cease to amaze me.

I called Shamanes Bakery for an order of 6 quiches (variety of most of the quiches on their menu, including 1 that had a gluten free crust) for my mom’s surprise 70th birthday party on only a few days advance notice. They were so kind, helpful and responsive! The quiches were a huge hit with my family!! Everyone kept talking about how delicious they were and asked where I got them from. I was more than happy to give details:) While I was waiting for my order I saw so many scrumptious looking pastries in their display case! I will definitely be back:)

Shamane is THE BEST baker in town. My now husband and I ordered our wedding cake here. We got the seasonal palisade peach flavour. It is our absolute favorite cake ever. My husband even loves it and he does not really enjoy sweets. Shamane herself is also very sweet and kind. We very much enjoyed working with her on our cake, and we even got a mini wedding cake this year for our first anniversary. My husband loves to get pastry here before work in Boulder. Will 100% return (for our weekly Kouign-amann :)
