Hundy’s delivers an authentic Kolkata-style Chicken Dum Biryani that pleasantly surprised me, I’m a Bengali native myself. The aroma, flavors, and meticulous attention to details, especially the standout potatoes, made the experience truly delightful. This isn’t the usual Nepali or Hyderabaadi biriyani usually available in colorado and around boulder. The biriyani at Hundy's was fantastic- I had a special order due to dietary restrictions (no onions or garlic) and it still was amazingly fragrant and tasty! I can't wait to try the other biriyanis. I didn't order anything else but I imagine it would be stellar.
