Food was good, flavorful.. authentic nepali taste but somewhat toned down spices... I ordered fried momo and they were delicious and big.. free papad with two chutney were good portion too... thukpa was tasty, lot of vegies and tofu was in the stew.. bang for the bucks..

The waiter refused to take my order while the rest of my party decided their order. I was extremely hungry and conveyed that to the waiter, he still refused to take my order and was very rude. Would not recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. Our family is staying in Boulder over Christmas. Our hotel suggested Sherpas for Christmas dinner so we booked a reservation. And we got a confirmation after booking and again two weeks later on Christmas day. We walked over to the restaurant to discover it was CLOSED. What inconsiderate crappy rude restaurant does this!! On Christmas!! We booked weeks ago and now are unable to find a place for dinner. SHAMEFUL.

Sherpa’s Adventure Restaurant in Boulder was a great experience from start to finish. It was my first time trying this style of food, and everything I ordered was delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
We came in with a large group from Dragons, and the staff was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was smooth, and everyone was friendly and attentive. I would absolutely recommend Sherpa’s and look forward to going back. 10 out of 10.

The food is a bit on the bland side, but that's expected for Boulder. They gave me the wrong protein even though I clarified twice. I got chicken instead of lamb, and the chicken was super dry. It's not my favorite place, but it was cute.

Visiting my old home, and was so happy that this landmark of a spot was still around. The atmosphere, service, and food, have always been consistently on point. We had such a nice meal sitting on the patio.
