I’ve lived in Boulder for three years and Spruce Confections has always been my favorite. Always friendly faces behind the counter, and great vibes in the outdoor area. The food and drinks are consistently delicious, and I specifically love the danishes and the Spruce Juice. Keep up the great work, Spruce!!
The best cafe in Boulder! I love sitting out in the courtyard on West Pearl with a breakfast burrito and coffee. Perfect spot to go grab a treat after hiking.

The outdoor seating at the Pearl Street location is a pleasant bonus. With very reasonable prices, this spot is highly recommended. The team at Spruce is consistently lovely, kind, and polite, making it a great spot for coffee meetings. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available.
