I used to LOVE the original location and am hoping the new location is just having growing pains. The portions are somehow smaller even though the prices have increased. My rice bowl with salmon was $30. Also bummed they got rid of the lemongrass pork. The employees also seem annoyed when you ask for sauce which used to just be out and available for use.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The scratch (Skratch?)-made pork Ragout was perfect. Lean but flavorful, the sauce was sweet and spicy but not too hot. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked and not at all soggy or gooey.

I’ve been using Skratch for awhile. Switch between it and Tailwind but I prefer Skratch for my marathon training. The carb/ sodium ratio is exactly what I need for my fall race. The passion fruit guava is amazing. Wish it was not a limited edition flavor. All of the flavors are great as well. Definitely recommend Skratch

Tried out the new Skratch location today and left with an empty wallet, unsatiated belly, and splitting headache. I was the biggest fan of the old Skratch labs on Main, but the new location is so loud my waiter couldn't even hear me to take my order. Not a good place to meet a friend for lunch, because you'll be able to hear them less than you would at the local college bar's happy hour. The Skratch bowl's prices have been raised to the point where a rice bowl with egg now cost $20 - I'd be okay with it if the quality had stayed amazing and the portion size was reasonable for lunch, but it's been reduced to more of a large snack size than a meal. I could easily eat two of the new rice bowls for lunch. Everything looked kind of haphazardly slapped onto the plate like someone couldn't be bothered to take the time to the scoop the full portion of each ingredient, and I had to go back up to the counter to get my my garlic chili sauce, that the waiter forgot to offer me when I ordered. Super bummed that one of my regular healthy spots is no more. I probably wouldn't have disliked it so much if I wasn't spoiled by the high quality meal I was served (for less $$) at the OG location. It was very busy though so it seems my opinion is in the minority here!

The Skratch bowls are the best! As healthy as they are delicious. The fried chicken is amazing— especially if you are gluten free, a rare treat. Yum!

I love the vibe of this place. Excellent food with excellent service! Fresh food, lots of gluten-free options, and so much life force in every bite. I am still thinking about the rice tots and cannot wait to go back to order them again. Yum!

Love, love, love the rice bowl with yummy squash, pickled onions, greens & other goodies. Service was very friendly and ordering online a breeze.
I wish the new location looked a bit more comfortable and inviting. Maybe add a few cushions and plants?

Potentially biased as I am family, but the new Skratch is so lovely. Sunny, inviting and great energy. All 3 of my meals have been delicious and filling without leaving me feel bad. Highly recommended the rice ramen with tofu! So good

Tasty food but tiny portions. I ordered a umarice bowl ($11) with chicken ($6) and it came out as an appetizer size. $17 and still hungry afterward. A bit embarrassing for a restaurant that markets itself for athletes.
