Really like the idea of this place, but found the burger to be okay. Ordered the single with everything. I think the bun was soft - missed a griddle crusting. To be fair, two hours earlier I visited The Sink. Yes, two burgers in two hours. That was special.
I also got their custard, and unfortunately it wasn't solidified, so it was pretty soupy from the onset.

Such a good burger spot. Quick service, good prices and great burgers. There's a patio to eat outside, but taking food to-go is usually what I do. Better value than Mcdonalds, and feels better to support local. 10 min walk to CU boulder. 10/10
