Ignore those other bad reviewers, we love this place! My kids love it too, and we often grab sandwiches to take skiing or on road trips. I like this location better than Arapahoe but that one has more seating. They have a couple outdoor tables for nice weather too.

There a short heavy set lady here that is very rude.
I suggest ownership/management to give her a talk so she stops making the place look bad. Her first words to me were intentionally sharp and off- not the kind the thing people want to be carrying out with their sandwich.

Delicious bread and get your sandwich toasted! Lots of choices and fresh ingredients. Best sandwich in town.

A great place for sandwiches

They told us 10-15 minutes wait when we ordered. It took 25 minutes to get sandwiches. Clearly they were working on all the online orders and ignoring the in-house orders. The soda fountain had no carbonation, tables were not getting cleaned at all. They need a better system. The do ask for a tip when order was made. I gave a tip. But regretted as they missed the mark on all of basics of a restaurant

A sub shop that is a bit like Potbelly's but on steroids, with better bread and more choices. The sandwiches are big and can be configured in many ways with all sorts of sides from chips to potato salads. The service is friendly, professional, and speedy, even when busy. The prices are high but fall within the new normal, especially considering the location.

Always amazing! The best sandwich ever!

Very good sandwiches. Terrible customer service. There is simply too much good local competition to recommend when:

-There are no order updates
-Service 50 percent slower than projected
-No where to wait comfortably
-Overworked crew has no time to respond to questions
-Baskets laying around floor to trip you
-Tables dirty

So, great food, the rest is terrible. The staff really tried, but they help and better systems.

The gluten-free was really good not many gluten-free breads are worth eating, but would definitely eat there again being gluten-free

Best gluten free bread I've gotten at a deli

$15 for a dry, cold, French dip with room temp au jus. Chips and a drink would’ve put the meal at $20! WITHOUT A TIP (and they do ask for tips). Remember when subs used to be affordable?

90% of the time- great service. One time sandwich makers must not have been feeling good. I usually get the tuna which is super yummy. Chicken has been reliably good as well. For a basic sandwich shop it’s perfect.
