Great Ambiance, very friendly staff, food was excellent, staff was very attentive and checked in regularly, and beverages were refilled prior to being empty.

Our visit to Steakhouse 316 was nothing short of exceptional. From the welcoming hostess to our attentive waiter and the GM's table visit, the service was outstanding.
The French onion soup was incredible – the best I've ever tasted. The peppercorn steak was cooked to perfection, and we ate every bite. The cocktails were equally impressive.
This was the best meal we've had in our three years in Boulder. After missing our reservation elsewhere, they graciously accepted us as walk-ins and even accommodated our e-scooters.
Their food and hospitality set a new bar for dining in Boulder!

Came with a party of 6 for my son’s 19th birthday. We were 10 mins late for our 5:15 reservation, but informed we were “30 mins late”, which was a little bizarre as a greeting. We shouldn’t have been late, but the “greeting” accusation was an odd start. The food is fabulous. The atmosphere is gorgeous. Our server was elegant and fine, but he wasn’t in any rush, which I didn’t really even take notice of UNTIL the host came over and told us our dinner was over, they would maybe box my son’s birthday dessert up but please pay the check and leave. No drinks, no dessert…no forwarning or request to please try to keep mindful of the time….we hadn’t even boxed our dinner leftovers. This is over a $1000 dinner for 6. It’s not that the price was unexpected, but the rude “get out” was beyond abrupt. I waited tables for over 10 years, I’m very conscious of beautiful service and appreciating staff. What I felt upon our “here is your check and get the F out” was not that we were appreciated. Disappointing. Our prior experiences had been marvelous. This was rather close to insulting.

Food, Service, and Atmosphere were top notch! The steaks were all cooked to absolute perfection. Every side we got was extremely flavorful. The Bernaise and blue cheese bone marrow butter elevated an already elite steak way above the bar. Will be back and with many more friends and family!

My favorite high end restaurant experience in Boulder. I had West Coast oysters, wedge salad, potato and spinach sides, tomahawk ribeye, and a nice glass of Sonoma Valley Cabernet. Everything was excellent and the service/atmosphere are wonderful as well.

My group enjoyed the diverse menu offerings. The steak cuts and table-side Caesar salad, are exceptional, as are the desserts.

We had the most wonderful experience. From the host (sorry we had to keep moving our reservation back), to our lovely waitress Jess (thanks for being so kind to our daughter), to the insanely great food (fried green truffle burrata to die for), we had an incredible evening.

Ordered the Kings ribeye and it was more of a filet cut. Lean and no marble. It was really dry and no taste. Onion soup was way too sweet. The wedge salad was good but it wasn’t a wedge, it was chopped. Twice baked potato and roasted mushrooms were good.
