The service and the atmosphere were fantastic. Food was sub par. Cesar salad had too much dressing and the lettuce was soggy.
The porterhouse was decent but not worth $130+ dollars. The fillet side of the porter house was tiny and fatty. It was well seasoned.

Went to Steakhouse 316 in Bouder Colorado last night for family celebration. Simply put it was outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. It is rare to see a staff so in sync with each other. We found the menu to be extensive and the food incredible. All of our group decided on steaks. Don't miss out on the Caeser salad, prepared at your table. We loved the sharable sized side dishes. The location in downtown Boulder is very convenient, parking is not an issue. The atmosphere is classic elegant, traditional decor. Steakhouse 316 for us was a great discovery, we will certainly be back soon.

We had an amazing meal with great service! Our first time in and we will be back. A very extensive wine list, on the very high end by the bottle but a few value wines around the $100 mark. The steak was perfect and the roasted garlic served with it was amazing. Great staff, great sommelier, all around just a good place. Check it out!

10/10 - a true Steakhouse. Sarah the hostess was professional, welcoming and accommodating - give her a raise. Stephanie our server was attentive and provided incredible service. I was hoping the Butcher’s Cut 30 day dry-aged NY Strip would have been more flavorful but the ambiance and all other accoutrements were perfect.

Service was amazing, everyone was super nice from the second we walked in.
However, the food was not at all worth what we paid. We got the $155 tomahawk steak. This was just about the toughest and chewiest steak I have ever had. We're from Kansas City, where steak and BBQ are taken very seriously, so maybe it's not fair to compare. But I've had better $30 NY strips in KC than this tomahawk.
We thought we were getting something special, but ended up very disappointed.

Josh and Maya made our anniversary dinner perfect! Perfect recommendations, very warm and inviting. Immediately felt like we were regulars. Maya’s table side Cesar was just *chefs kiss* delicious! I really don’t think they could have done any thing better. Oh, and the TOMAHAWK! Made me feel ALIVE. 10/10. Highly recommend!
