entire staff so rude, tried to fight a paying customer. literally jumped him outside of the restaurant. food was good though. manager seems like he didn't get enough love as a child.

I was very disappointed here. I found it to be very overpriced and like they were cutting corners with quality, the steak was not cooked as we ordered, we ordered medium cooked and was brought medium well done. The atmosphere was nice with ambient music and Victorian ambiance. The steak took over an hour to come out after we ordered it. The server was not around much or easy to get a hold of. Be careful of the wine list I ordered a glass that appeared to be $16 a glass on the wine menu but they made the number 2 look very much like a 1 and my glass was actually $26 when it looked like $16 on the menu. For these prices I expect excellence in service and food but we felt we received sub par service and food. Steaks are upwards of $80. The level of service here is comparable to that of a basic diner type restaurant such as an ihop. When the man who looked like a manager with gray hair and glasses was clearing our plates he was very careless and spilled the salad dressing all over the table and did not acknowledge it or even say sorry or offer to clean it up. There was also a lot of tension in the air amongst the staff and our party did not feel welcome here. Will never be back no thank you!

We had a wonderful dinner last night at 316! I celebrated my Birthday with 5 friends. All the food was fantastic and yummy. The service was excellent as always and we were so well taken care of. The Oysters Rockefeller were my favorite appetizer. My Filet was perfectly cooked and I loved all the side dishes. I have a Gluten Allergy and they were so kind to accommodate everything we ordered. Such a great vibe and we had the best evening!

We had my husband’s birthday dinner at this beautiful restaurant. The steak, sides, and desserts were all outstanding. The service was above and beyond .. at least five different kind and fun people checked on us all evening. We cannot wait to come back again. Best steakhouse we have been to in a long time. Don’t believe any negative ratings!

I went over Christmas with my family and everything was scrumptious. To start, we ordered the shrimp cocktail and oysters on the half shell. Our waiter informed us that we had to order our appetizer and meals together per the restaurant policy. Not a big deal but we were starving and had no idea what we wanted as our meal so that caused a little hiccup. For my meal, I got the scallops which were a little too salty but other than that they were delightful. My family got a strip, ribeye and whatever the chefs special (believe it was fish) was. It's very hard to impress my family with steak since my dad breeds cattle for meat. They were all thoroughly impressed with their meals as well. We finished the night off with cheesecake and key lime pie!

Despite a recent visit where the service initially faltered under Manager Rick’s surprisingly unwelcoming and hostile attitude and a steak that took a few tries to perfect, the experience reaffirmed my loyalty.The night’s saving grace was General Manager Ish. Her professionalism, ability to swiftly address and rectify our concerns, and her genuine care for patrons exemplified the top-tier service that keeps me coming back. Ish’s outstanding management and the consistent quality of the dining experience at Steakhouse 316 merit a solid 5-star rating. It’s the commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, even in the face of hiccups, that defines a truly great establishment.

Amazingly awesome dining experience in downtown Boulder. Wagyu was impeccable! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and made certain our dinner was perfectly prepared. Cozy yet classy vibe. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely do again!

Awesome steak house! The atmosphere feels comfortable and warm while still giving upscale and high end establishment. The service was exceptional. We sat at the bar because we were looking to order food from that menu. Adrian took care of us most of the night and was a delight! He helped us with ordering and made one of the best Manhattans I've ever had! I will be back. I would recommend this place for a date night, casual drinks and shared meals with friends, a celebratory dinner or if you just simply want to treat yourself.
