This location, like the others, serves fresh, tasty, and wholesome food; and you get to build your bowl. They service chicken, steak and salmon for the meat options. They have vegan options such as tofu. They serve all the healthy grains and greens like kale, quinoa, etc. The atmosphere and dining experience are like Chipotle but with a serious Healthy Kick to it. It’s really loud in here with the music turned up and their machines chopping and grinding, etc. Overall, it’s a great experience in here! They have outdoor seating too, so bring the fam!

If you order online via their website you better hope you have everything perfect as there's no going back. No changing /editing an order. There's no way to get ahold of the store, the phone number takes you through automated garbage. So if you have a larger order and someone forgets, you might as well pay the extra tax.
Oops your time was an hour off? Enjoy cold gross food. Super annoying as I love sweetgreens but such a terrible experience ordering for a company. I never want to order through them again. Why on Earth I thought trying to support the business through their own platform was a good idea is beyond me. Very disappointed.

As so many others have noted, SGs has an issue with their team fulfilling the online orders. I can’t count the number of times they have messed up my order. I love this food, so it’s incredibly disappointing to come home only to find they’ve left out the premium upgrade ingredients I paid extra for. At this point, I just expect it and I’m writing this review because….wait for it! It happened yet again. I check now every time but I missed it today only to find the mistake when I got home. Sweetgreens, please do some QA at your Boulder location. This is an ongoing issue for a few years now. Someone is asleep at the wheel.

Another shitty experience here. Had tons of great experiences in between. Some of this staff just doesn’t care or cares way too much. But also tons of the staff here are some of the best of all time.

I ordered the harvest bowl with salmon and it was uneditable. The wild rice was raw and hurt to chew. The Brussels sprouts were also nearly raw and did not have the balsamic drizzle, they were boiled and plain. The salmon was like rubber as if it had been sitting out on the counter all day. While I paid extra for the slice of bread it was not included nor was the side of dressing. This was the worst ‘bowl’ I have ever had.
