Sweetgreens you are my go-to. And I usually let any issues with my salads go. But lately it’s just too much. Four times now, if I order for pickup on the app, my order is wrong. Not like I modified it to be something really difficult to make. Just plain wrong. I’ve been ordering crispy rice for ever. This time, no crispy rice, no cucumber, no cabbage, no almonds. Literally chicken, arugula and carrots. This is not the $16 salad that I ordered. I cannot do this anymore....

It’s a fast casual restaurant. You get what you pay for. Inconsistent, mid-quality food. long lines if you go in person, poorly made salads if you order online and aren’t watching your food get made. Shrinking portions along with increased prices as well. As others have said, quality goes up if you go in person. Expect to be disappointed if you order online.
