Never a disappointment for Happy Hour menu - seven(7) days a week from 4:30-7:00 pm Mountain Time. Many choices and you can supplement as you wish from the regular menu as well!
The prime rib was practically raw and very tough; no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. We've dined here since the 1960's, so very disappointing. Salad and appetizers good.
Our family has been here many times and it never disappoints. We came here after a football game and were surprised at how quickly our food was served. They were staffed and ready!
Our server was lovely-gracious and warm. The runner was less than enthusiastic. It was busy and the noise level was higher than I was led to believe from other reviews. The prime rib and flat iron steak were excellent. I thought artichokes were fine but not outstanding and the curry mustard was such meh. It was nice they brought a humongous complimentary piece of pie for my friends birthday but something smaller would've been equally nice since it was just two of us. And taking a picture to govenus was such a nice touch! But it definitely left me with a warm feeling for the place despite drabish decor.
The food is good. I wouldn't say is was great. We had a party of four on a Monday night, not too busy. We ordered one appetizer, the shimp cocktail. It was ok. The shrimp were pretty small for the price. Flavor was ok to good. The entrees were nice. I ordered the Flatiron steak. Cooked perfectly but it was warm at best to cool in temp. Everyone else seemed to like their entrees but it was nothing special. Again the food was good, but not great or memorable. I probably wouldn't go back. I would give it a 3.5/5.

Steaks were wonderful! Cooked to perfection and delicious, beautiful cuts of meat. Our potatoes were a little cold.
Disappointing 67th anniversary experience. Used to come here every year, won't be coming back.

We all enjoyed our dinner.. steaks, scallops and salmon were all delicious. It was busy on Sat night and fairly noisy.
I have dined at the cork for 19 years the last three week the food quality has not been good. From the bread and butter to the garnish es. Over season over cooked something has changed.

One of the most consistently great restaurants in Boulder. If you get a chance to try the Salt Springs mussels, you won't be disappointed, they are the best mussels ever.
Our dinner was absolutely wonderful. We each had the Halibut and it was so delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. We love the Cork!!

It simply doesn't get any better for my wife and ai than Boulder Cork. We love the ambiance in the bar and they are always so kind to reserve a high top for us in our favorite corner of the bar. We Love the Cork!
The Cork never disappoints! Best Happy Hour around. It was fun to celebrate our anniversary there.
