The food was particularly good last evening. Sometimes the fish is dry, but last night was excellent.

We've been coming to the Boulder Cork since it opened in 1969. It remains one of our favorite places for a special night out. The food, service and ambience are consistently excellent. And even when they're busy- which they usually are- the noise level is pleasant. You can actually have a nice conversation over dinner, unlike many Boulder restaurants.

Fantastic casual atmosphere with five star food! Best choice for family events and special occasions!

We enjoyed a delicious meal last night despite the poor service. After receiving water and bread and waiting patiently we asked the hostess to please send our server so we could order a drink. The server came and offered no apology for the wait nor did he introduce himself. Later He brought our entree before clearing our salad dishes - not terrible but an awkward shuffle of dish ware. He then brought me a wine refill and upon pouring it in my glass he poured a portion on the table and started to walk away. Our guest pointed out that there was a puddle of wine on the table. No apology just returned with a napkin to mop it up. (Would have appreciated the full pour of wine!!). Thank goodness our food was above average, made up for a below average server.

I won't be coming back. The noise level in the bar is just too much. Our table of four on the floor in the bar and last week in a booth both had us shouting to be heard. I love this place but I'm finally done with happy hour . The noise is not worth it.

The cork happy hour food and drinks are excellent. Our server was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely evening.

I ordered the “baseball steak” as the server said it was more flavorful than the filet, my traditional go to item, and this couldn't have been more incorrect. There was a hard crust on the outside, making it exceedingly difficult to cut and while cooked appropriately, was entirely lacking in flavor. We chose to add on a lobster tail, and only after both of us taking bites, noticed it was not cooked thoroughly. The server was very kind in terms of accommodating for a replacement however, it took over 20 minutes for the new lobster tail to show back up at our table. Overall entire experience was not worth the price tag.

We went for an early dinner and were surprised that they offered the happy hour menu outside of the bar. Since we loved many of the dishes on the menu, we ordered about half from happy hour and half from the regular menu which kept our cost very reasonable. But I do think that the prices on the regular menu are very good for what you get. We enjoyed the experience, the food and the great service. Looking forward to going back.

Never a disappointment for Happy Hour menu - seven(7) days a week from 4:30-7:00 pm Mountain Time. Many choices and you can supplement as you wish from the regular menu as well!

The prime rib was practically raw and very tough; no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. We've dined here since the 1960's, so very disappointing. Salad and appetizers good.

Our family has been here many times and it never disappoints. We came here after a football game and were surprised at how quickly our food was served. They were staffed and ready!

Our server was lovely-gracious and warm. The runner was less than enthusiastic. It was busy and the noise level was higher than I was led to believe from other reviews. The prime rib and flat iron steak were excellent. I thought artichokes were fine but not outstanding and the curry mustard was such meh. It was nice they brought a humongous complimentary piece of pie for my friends birthday but something smaller would've been equally nice since it was just two of us. And taking a picture to govenus was such a nice touch! But it definitely left me with a warm feeling for the place despite drabish decor.

The food is good. I wouldn't say is was great. We had a party of four on a Monday night, not too busy. We ordered one appetizer, the shimp cocktail. It was ok. The shrimp were pretty small for the price. Flavor was ok to good. The entrees were nice. I ordered the Flatiron steak. Cooked perfectly but it was warm at best to cool in temp. Everyone else seemed to like their entrees but it was nothing special. Again the food was good, but not great or memorable. I probably wouldn't go back. I would give it a 3.5/5.

Steaks were wonderful! Cooked to perfection and delicious, beautiful cuts of meat. Our potatoes were a little cold.

Disappointing 67th anniversary experience. Used to come here every year, won't be coming back.
