The Boulder Cork has the best Happy Hour with lots of interesting food choices. I go out regularly with a group of neighbors and we always enjoy the Cork! It does get crowded and noisy, so going early helps for conversation.
Sent my kid her for his 18th birthday. This was a dinner with his friends. They had an amazing time, great experience and most importantly all three young men raved about the food and service from start to finish. I arranged this dinner from NY. The manager and staff were very accommodating and read the vibe right. They truly made it a great experience. Thank you Boulder Cork we will be back in February.
Our waitress, Cara, was just outstanding. Very attentive and did a great in timing of serving of our food. We started with the Lobster Ravioli which was simply delicious. The sauce was as well. Our NY steaks were cooked just as we ordered them. And of course, we finished what the Cork's signature dessert, the mud pie. In short, we were delighted.
