Ginger Pig is definitely a must if you’re in the Boulder Denver area Not only is the food phenomenal. Kimchi hot dog was maybe a little better than a hot dog at a stadium concession stand? Hot dog bun was out of a bag and it tore apart after 1 bite from the kimchi and condiments. I ended up just eating everything unconstructed.
Cucumber salad was basic and underwhelming. Although, it was the tastiest item I ordered.

Pleasantly surprised by this one—great taste, generous portions, and solid value for $12. Just taking off one star because the lumpia didn’t have the Filipino flavor (though I appreciated the effort!) but the karaage was crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I’d go back anytime to try the other offerings!
