This company has been around for 15 years serving the best late night food in Boulder. They’re gyros in grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing. Located at 11th and Pearl Thursday Friday Saturday night from 10 PM until 2:30 AM. This is a must try if you want a taste of Boulder
